What Does "Sell" Mean Under CCPA?

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), "sale" is broadly defined to include sharing personal information in exchange for valuable consideration. This includes sharing data with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, even without receiving direct monetary payment. At Reynolds Communications, we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

Opt-Out Request

If you are a California resident and wish to submit an opt-out request regarding the sale or sharing of your personal information, you can do so using the form below. We will process your request and confirm receipt within 10 business days.

Processing Time

We will process your opt-out request within 45 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provide. If you have any questions about your request, please contact our Privacy Department.
